60-minute Virtual Coaching

Service Description

Whether you're looking for coaching/peer support to compliment your other providers or are curious on 1:1 coaching sessions for your mental health, together we'll create a customized plan, set and break down your goals together, and engage in strengths-based, identity-centered sessions for your mental wellness. **Coaching is not to be used as a replacement for psychotherapy. Coaches cannot make diagnosis or prescribe medication, nor should it be used for individuals experiencing states of high crisis.
